CONTINUED ABUSE @ NEW YORK INDUSTRIES FOR THE BLIND

NYCIB EMPLOYEE THREATENS TO STAB AND KILL TWO EMPLOYEES BUT CONTINUES TO WORK FOR THE COMPANY BECAUSE OF PREFERED TREATMENT BY HR DIRECTOR. SUPERVISORS PROVIDE UNSAFE WORKING ENVIORNMENT AND HAZARDOUS WORKPLACE CONDITIONS THEN BLAME EMPLOYEES FOR THERE LACK OF MANAGEMENT. NYCIB CONTINUES TO SHOW OFF THERE EMPLOYEES LIKE TROPHIES BUT TREAT THEM LIKE SLAVES THREATENING TO FIRER THEM IF THEY DONT WORK OVERTIME. NYCIB WILL PAY THERE DISABLED WORKERS MINIMUM WAGE BUT PAY NON DISABLED EMPLOYEES MORE THAN TEN DOLLARS AN HOUR. NO OPPORTUNITIES OF JOB TRAINING, ADVANCEMENT OF POSITION, OR GROWTH. JUST THE TYPICAL AMERICAN BUSINESS BLACKLISTING OF EMPLOYEES, OFFICE POLITICS, AND PLAYING FAVORITES WITH PEOPLE WHO HAVE A SEXUAL RELATIONSHIP WITH UPPER MANAGEMENT.
