The engagement ring that my husband purchased for me has been in your repair shop continuously. The diamonds are constantly falling out. I had just got it back after being in the shop for 6 months and wear it 2 hours and the diamond fell out AGAIN. The only response that I get is "well you can trade it in and get you a different one" but why should we have to pay for another ring and have to spend twice as much. I feel that as many issues as I have had you should take that into consideration. YES, I am wondering why you all just cannot let me replace the ring due to all the issues.
