It is now 2:30 PM Pacific time-called Warrior for fifth straight day. Message came on that the hours are til 5:30 Mon-Thur and til 4 on Friday and that Warrior is now closed. That is 1 1/2 hours before the closing time. Prior calls this week were put into a cue and after 1/2 hour message comes on that all associates are still busy and the call disconnects. I tried calling from 8:30 AM and various times as well. Have also tried by name and either cannot leave a message or when I have left a message at a person's extension, no one has returned the call. Have also left emails to specific people with no response, Hopefully the problems are temporary. User's recommendation: the ratings are based on prior experience before this new issue.. Warrior has always been very responsive until now.
