I have wasted a lot of time trying to find a contact Phone number for Norton in the UK. The Norton website indicates that email and phone contact options are available and directs me to a page that even shows the best time to phone. However, no phone numbers and no email addresses are available. I tried the online chat option and was connected to a stupid virtual assistant that was unable to understand that I wanted to be given a contact phone number. It appears that Norton has a contemptuous attitude to its customers and is determined to keep them from pestering the company once it has taken their money. This arrogance is enough to make me want to cancel my subscription once I have sorted out the problems with it - which is why I want a phone number!
