On cruise 1/23-2/2 to Panama Canal rm A511 while in port one day noticed oil or sludge leaking out of boat.Told white shirt on do 15, he looked over rail and saw black blob on the water.Left me,made a call and. It was cleaned up.Therefore you did not get a fine from EPA. I got no thanks at all,that sucks. Future. Cruiser B.C.Chmielewski
