I began dealing with Raedean Borne in May of 2018, she said the process began in June, which was completely false. I had a terrible time contacting her, she didnt return phone calls to myself or to my realtor. We had to delay closing as a result and the appraisal and closing ended up a rush. I didnt receive accurate closing costs, every time I asked, she said the normal rate that everyone charges, not only did I not get the 5% loan but 3/4 point was added in. I didnt receive the settlement documents, required by law, 3 days ahead of closing, showing costs until I showed up for closing. They closing had alreadly been delayed once and I had been told that someone else had been interested in my loan, so I was unable to extend it again. At closing I found out that my costs for a $37,500 1 yr loan land loan was costing me around $3000, that is far from the normal rate everyone charges, I didnt get the rate she quoted and points were added in. All around this has been an awful experience. I cant find anyway to contact anyone in the construction loan dept to answer questions regarding billing. I will be letting anyone know about my experience on the internet and people I have contact with. Melanie McReynolds
