Original review posted by user Jan 26, 2011 Dorn Construction in Wilmington North Carolina, has routinely underbid and then walked away from home construction leaving the consumer with unfinished homes and empty construction loans. Numerous complaints have been filed against William C. Dorn the owner, but he still manages to start construction jobs but fails to complete them without thousands of extra monies from would be home owners.Buyers beware of this company. We and others in our community will be glad to show other would be buyers the poor work and the many details left out from Dorn construction projects.This is a sincere warning from a burned home owner.
