Constant problems

I ALWAYS have some sort of problem with this company. From late deliveries, delivered to the wrong apartment, my password never working and then my account being locked. I have a credit (again) and after this I will never ever use them. I have given them too many chances because my mother loves the arrangements, but honestly the problems are just not worth it.
