I have visited 5524 West Colonial Drive, Orlando Florida 32808 and have numerous times, and I'm not sure if it's the stores location or just the employees however yesterday June 17th was really my last straw I was just treated with poorly by the girl at register (they usually ALWAYS have poor attitudes the young ladies at the registers) they have no patience, motivation, they are very rude and not at all attentive to customer. And as I would, try to make the complaint there was one young lady by the name of I believe Tawanda who was the loss prevention young lady, actually was the only one who really tried to try to assist me and to make sure that I was taken care of. It was crazy trying to get an assistant manager or someone to even return my call or acknowledge my complaint. Finally, to sum it up, I was able to get someone finally on the phone named Kimberly who was very nice, she gave me the assistant manager's name I didn't talk to the assistant manager Felice until the next morning when she called me (mind you yesterday the girls kept saying to call back at 3:30 call back at different times they gave me four different times to call back, and then they finally told me that she was gone for the day, and she would not be back in, so I got the run-around all day)not sure if the problem was resolved, but she let me know she talked with the employee, but it didn't sound like it was anything done about it however it is what it is. Want to make you aware on how customers are being treated I've never complained because I like to give people chances the benefit of the doubt but yesterday was too much, and it's just out of control, I would never ever go back into this store again.
