Allstate self storage is a complete sham of a company. We paid one year up front for three units and had proof. After 3 months this company took all our stuff sold it at auction. We had no clue since we were out of the country buying a second home. When we heard what happened we couldn't believe our ears and eyes.We showed them proof of the payment - and demanded we get all our stuff back. We are talking about $80,000 worth of antiques we had there. We have no proof of what we had in storage so we cannot even sue. Unbelievable cons - keep away from them.
