i had to call like four times about my water hearter. the first time i called after the heater went out after 4 months of being installed, it stoped working . the man told me that it would be next day. I waited 2 days and when i called back they said that it was on back order and she was very nasty about it so i ask about talking to some i am very disappointed with the company User's recommendation: get different one.
