Confirmation number B94FFM – Need to make edits in my trip but not being able to reach customer service

I booked a reservation from Omaha to Vegas for July 30th for 4 people. I just got diagnosed with a medical condition and have my surgery next week. I have been advised to not travel for 3 months so I was hoping to make changes to our reservation or cancel it and get a full refund if possible please. My confirmation number is B94FFM. I am trying to change it online but it is deducting money from our reservation. Can I please request a full flight credit so we can book the same ticket when I am cleared to travel?
