Condescending “customer service”.

I ordered a part for my motorcycle on 9/16/2018. When I inquired where my part is four days later this is the exact response I received... "There was nothing on back order on your order. The order has been shipped and you will get it this year. If you believe you could have gotten it faster elsewhere, then you should definitely shop there. However its a false belief, but we encourage everyone to go ahead and try it. In fact we hope you order elsewhere next time. We only wish more customers like you went to our competitors. You'd be helping us out and we will appreciate it. Also we encourage you to contact BBB and tell them that we shipped your order in EXACTLY the time originally stated on our website and that you are simply ignorant and enjoy making dumb accusations. We can care less if you go to "BBB" - they have no control over our company or any other business. You can embarrass yourself all you like." Take my example dealing with this disreputable company as what you can expect. My experience here certainly isn't limited to just me sadly.
