Yes,I agree this Nicor company is a rip off. I needed my furnace serviced and my condensation pump Seemed to be the problem and the technician told me that Nicor doesn’t cover condensation pumps . I was shocked and told him no way because I’ve had it replaced before for no charge it was covered under the plan I had and I’ve never had to pay for any parts for the 10 plus years I have had the plan. But when I called Nicor the manager was rude and no the condensation pump was not covered any more as well as Other parts. In which I had no clue, so the technician tried his best to fix the pump and he did and I was greatful because I didn’t have the nearly 200. Dollars to pay for a new pump in which I’m paying Nicor for each month
