Concerned about late delivery. invoice and proof of payment

I am sorry to bother you but I am just concerned about my shipment which was supposed to be delivered from 05 July to 10 July 2021. I did find out that they need invoice with proof of payment which I don't know about it. Please can you help me out in this regard (on hold for customs payments) any clarity will be highly appreciated. Please send me invoice and proof of payment. User's recommendation: Update and communication.
