This is the second time I had an issue with my pieces on my jeep being broken. The first part that was broken, Jeep agreed to repair and replace it. However during an oil change.. it was discovered that a hose was broken and it was clearly glued back together. The manager offered to help me pay for the repairs and replacement. I disagree, one of the techs broke the hose and I should not be responsible for the replacement. I called corporate and im waiting for a response back from them. I was told they would call back within 24 hours. User's recommendation: Be mindful of all work being done on your car. Have someone check behind the mechanics.
