Concern on my billing

I have a refund of P656.46 based on the statement dated Feb 25, 2021. Our Sky service was disconnected Jan 25, 2021 upon my request. I have been asking for the refund to be transferred to my bank account but to-date no sign of the refund. Can you please help. Refund reference 978****. User's recommendation: Nothing to say for now.
