Ems internet rang me last year out the blue offering this amazing offer but had to say yes or no as it was the last day of the deal. Finally broke me and i signed up to the £9.99 a month contract, they also offered me gofastergraphic.co.uk for £120 and made out that would be mine to keep forever and could move it at anytime. i have just found out that i only actually owned it for 12 months!!!. anyway after several attempts to log into my account i finally gave up and cancelled the contract. when i tried moving my domain they wanted £90 to release it!!! so basically i never bothered. now i have had an email confirming the domain was only mine for 12 months and EMS was just a reseller and had no right to say it would be mine for life. surely this is a company that thrives on ripping people off and should be brought to justice. i was told today i could rent the domain at £40 a year so why did EMS charge £120 but imply it would be mine for ever. my .com domain is about £3 for the year. EMS are a complete waste of time and money and i will be taking my case further. i have requested the audio recording of the pressure sales, the guy telling me my page was dull and boring!! take a look at ya own work EMS. will never use again and will do my best to put others off
