Complete lack of Customer Service

There is no one at this company at a corporate level that cares about customer service. And the store locations don't care either. they are not interested in answering questions nor do they even have the answers. When I finally get to a chat, they actually referred me to some generic "Get your answer" club for $1. Yet, they drain my bank account every month with a premium fee. Insanity. User's recommendation: Go to studio, don't ask questions or seek help with any issue regarding memberships or techology. Orangetheory has no staff capable of handling that. Nor do they care about your experience.
