We moved. NHS claimed we did not call in and advise. I have a letter from NHS indicating our move. I have been trying to reach someone at NHS for 7 days to get the double billing issue resolved. Reps are incompetent and rude. They keep saying that escalations will call me back but no one ever does. I am ready to cancel if this does not change soon. User's recommendation: Approach with Caution.
