Complete disappointment with customer service

I have Denon Prime 4. Great product but I arrange music with Engine Prime which has its flaws but I could work around it. Worked fine but one day crashed and I haven't been able to use it since. Numerous emails to support, Facebook messenger but to no avail. 3 months later and still at square 1. I've lost music, file arrangements and countless hours as a result. They keep saying they'll get in contact but never follow up. Frustrating and the worst customer service I've ever experienced ser User's recommendation: Don't trust their software or customer service.
