Complaint with BBB

If I could give 0 stars I would. Weve already contacted the BBB and have multiple complaints filed. We were lied to, pressured, rushed, given misinformation, ignored. I cant even begin to explain all the issues we have. DO EVERYTHING YOU CAN TO AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! We have called so many times, waited on hold for over an hour for the manager to say its not her problem the installer lied to us ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!?!?!? User's recommendation: STAY AWAY.
