I was 7 days late on my pawn. Today when I went to pick it up it had been dropped. They proceeded to tell me I could not get my merchandise do to it being on lay away. My merchandise was still in the store and had not been paid in full. I want my computer and Im ready to pay off the loan. I feel as if the company is trying to get the most money not really considering the customer. We are currently under a stay at home order and the fact that the company isnt showing any flexibility is a disgrace. User's recommendation: Do not do business here.
