I am not crafty but as a mim and foster mom i depend on my michaels , erie blvd syracuse ny , to help me provide fun projects ...and the staff has always been super friendly and helpful. Until now I have never been disappointed. I asked for help to purchase picture frames to fit 2 special paintings for my daughter at christmas. I was given 2 nice frames i was assured would fit these precious pics. NOPE..both were too small!!! Evidently she doesnt know you measure the inside not the outside..trusting her..i piled them in my cart and checked out. Now i have no time or money to exchange and size up and will be forced to cut them. I am very diappointed having been a loyal and trusting customer for years...thank you Mary Gray..
