Iam k. dileep Kumar tcl tv customer, approximately 60 days or above I complaint tcl customer service , mechanic come to my house check the tv and he said that display problem, he take the photos of tv and bill ,send it to company ,,number of times they said that company giving you a new tv with in week days ,every time they said that same ,finally I take a commitment date from that toll free member ie 10th August 2021 ,but no use , on that day also they said the same words ,I cannot belive that ,any higher official please take responsibility and solve my problem., but I belive that it is genuine company please solve it..Thank you sir/madam. Complaint no.INO620******** (It is in warranty period)
