Dear More Megastore, Today while we were shopping at your store in C21 Mall, Indore(MP), we got thugged out by one of the BILLING COUNTER STAFF named Anuj(stated on bill) by billing us for Ratna 10pc thali set of ₹450 which was not in our shopping cart and now when we are trying to contact the customer care number they are not reachable. Kindly do the needful and revert us as soon as possible. P.S. bill timing is 20:20 kindly check half an hour prior Cctv footage for verification of our plea.
