Complaint regarding member of Staff at Aylesbury branch rudeness and unprofessional behavior as well as no response

Good evening, I have already contacted customer service on Monday morning to lodge a formal complaint and tried calling to chase this up but still have heard nothing back regarding how my wife and I were spoken to on our recent visit to your Aylesbury branch to look into purchasing six fridge freezers for recent new builds we are furnishing. Only to leave your store completely disgusted to of been spoken to like a piece of excrement as well as laughed at while one of your colleagues ( Michael) said. Initially we went in to your Aylesbury store on 1st May 11:50-12:00 and browsed your white good isles only to be left standing around at the back of the store for quite someone time with two of our children to be actually served by some one? A number of times we tried to speak with colleagues whom where passing to be told someone would be with us shortly. But no one ever came , so my wife spoke to young lad at the front of the store and asked if someone could aid us in confirming a few thing as well as availability of any take away items that day. He informed my wife that he would get someone to us shortly. But wouldnt you know it no one ever came so , so after a further wait we decided to leave ,but on exstiting the store my wife informed the lad she spoke to initially (Michael) whom was standing around at the front doors taking to other colleges that no one came to see us of which he while laughing that were short staffed today ...smiled and sad sorry sarcastically! To which I was behind my wife and said to her their you go babe, they dont seem to actually care it seems by the looks of it! I was then approximately ten feet out the door while still talking to my wife of how rude he was when Michael called back to us upon leaving the store that its not that they dont care , its just we dont have staff today and busy! while still smiling and laughing but this time in a semi aggressive tone while gesturing with his hand up staring at us! I must of taken ten steps out before it sunk in of what and how we had been spoken to. so decided I turn about and re entered the store to see and hear Micheal for what of a better word bad mouthing us on the store floor to a colleague of which he never saw me coming and when I asked him for his name and to speak with a manager he asked for what and I told him how disgusted we were to be firstly treat in such a disrespectful and dismissive way not to mention how unprofessional he had been in firstly responding to my wife making him aware that we were just left at the back of your store and his sarcastic response as well as him invoking himself in my and my wife conversation and then bellowing out another response to us as we left! The other college then left and Michael began to get argumentative claiming he was not being sarcastic and that if I had to wait before I'm definitely going to wait now to speak to anyone with yet another smiling laughing face. I made him aware his attitude was ridiculous and rude of which he kept say listen mate! To which I had to tell him Im not his mate and here as a customer to which he laughed pulled a face then got on a radio. He then told me the manager was busy and I again asked for them to be called as I wished to speak to them regarding him behavior to which he then started to walk away and then told me if he didnt care before , he certainly doesnt know! Shortly after this Micheal emerged from the back of the store with a lady who I believe was the manager Sush? To which I attempted to firstly explain why I wished to speak to her regarding the terrible attitude and lack of service to then have Micheal talk over me of which The lady Sush asked Micheal to stop and let me talk to her but he did not seem to be listing and then continued. When he stopped I said to Sush this is part of what we have experienced today first hand from her / your colleague. By this time Micheal had moved and I was finally able to explain our whole experience to here and that no one ever actually came to see us as we were told they would be and we should do of been told that if your busy and unable to assist a long time back and we would of come back rather than hang on for ages so much so my Wife had to leave me with two of my children while having to pick our third up from ballet. But again when I was passing on my name / contact details etc to Sush and stressing how rude ,argumentative and unacceptable his behavior had been he again returned to the front of the store for this time in a politer manner but claiming hed done nothing wrong! But when i said Im sorry Im no longer willing to talk to you and wish to deal with a Manager of which Sush was standing nearby he then gave a further out bust claiming he really doesnt care! To which Sush had to insist he walks away , but he didnt seem to initially listen to her and she had to gesture to him and point him away. I was assured by Sush that this matter, how we had been spoken to and his attitude would be addressed and I asked to be updated on this. I had not heard anything by Sunday by And after going online was informed by interactive help to contact customer service on a number they provided but they were closed until Monday. I called and explained all of this upon Monday morning to a lady called Kam whom informed me that she would get this raised her side and then to the store to address via the store manager but to date I have not heard anything back from anyone despite Kam stating I should her from someone within a day or two? Im concerned this is not being looked into at all and actioned accordingly as well as whole heartedly disgusted by how we have been treat and spoken to by a person working for and representing your company in this manner. I have worked in the past a long time ago in my earlier years for comet and indeed even Dixons /Currys -know how and am aware of previous standards of representing their respective companies and dealing with customers but if this recent encounter reflects your current working standards and how people are being left standing around, laughed at then spoken to like we encountered how far you have fallen. This is not to mention highlighting this issue at the time to a manager to get it addressed or again contacting customer services to again make you aware but no response or feed back. Presently we shall not be shopping with you or any of your associates companys and shall be making sure all within our respective families, business and circle of friends of the treatment we have encountered !
