Hi , I am Nazeer Ahmed from Poonamallee I have purchased Honda dio from JK Honda KUNDRATHUR and my vehicle number is TN 12 AL 8278 on 21/01.2021. I have paid complete ammout for the accessories what they provided for my vehicle which includes Teflon coating , but they have not done the coating on my delivery of the vehicle.the showroom sales person have informed me that it will be done on my first service but even on my first service it's not provided.also the service person and the billing lady on the service was very unkind and not behaved well. Seriously fed up with the service what they providing for the customer. They are not even listening what the customer want. Never thought that Honda will have such a bad customer service.
