Complaint of dryer not getting hot

My name is Clifford Grier, I purchase dryer on March 10, 2018, model #DLE3170W, SERIAL # 606KWLR3H424, Receipt #117****,with extended warranty. Several Months my dryer stop getting hot. Several technicians included Brandsmart technician came out and put a new part in my dryer, Meanwhile the technician was at my home the dryer still did not get hot. The technician called other associated which show up 10 minuted later. He verbally told the technician that was on the scene to close out the job. I am feeling like I was sold a defected product, and no one wants to be accountable for it. Please, Just give a store credit. User's recommendation: unless I get a shore credit.
