It's been 35 days and a small transaction dispute isn't being sorted out by your bank. I received this letter attached below(April 2nd) with the wrong amount .. The CORRECT AMOUNT is Rs. 4680/-. I have a long list of issues that I'm facing in your banking services Firstly your customer services department is lazy and doesn't even bother understanding the customers requirements. Secondly your recovery department closed my complaint on Day 2 without even bothering to solve my problem. Thirdly your complaint management unit didn't even find it necessary to look at the complaint because if they would've I wouldn't be receiving a letter after 5 days with the WRONG AMOUNT written on that. Lastly whoever made this policy of 35 days should reconsider it coz your ill services are not clients issue n I'm not willing to wait a long period for such a small amount which could've been reversed within 24 hours As per your procedure I've already waited for 35 days and I'm still being told by your CS team that my issue can't be resolved. Very much disappointed by your services and will definitely close my account after this issue is resolved.
