Complaint/I m being charged for renter insurance twice

I ve been a resident for (5) years, In good standing.I started working with Groups ( Naca) and Hud, to become a first time homeowner. Assisting family with limited income. In Feb, 2021, I was under contract, on a home, closing date was in March, so I declined to extend my lease, . Shortly, after, I contacted the management , and was told , I would have to pay, an additional $325.plus, from 1,550- 1,980, I ve made several emails, asking to sign a (3) months, lease to avoid the additional fees, No response, I m even being force to pay, rental insurance, that I already have.The owner was on CSBN, telling lies, they done value their renters. This was more then my diaDisability User's recommendation: If possible, don’t rent from this company, They say” they care about their customers, they really done. The managerment team are investor, look to exploit and take advantage.
