I had an issue with my ac and heat. When first having the service performed their was no problem on the ac machine. Have my car for maybe 24 to 48 hours and theirs no cold air. Take my car back over they then proceed to then tell me I need a new ac clutch when I knew I needed plus I have a leak in my pipe. They didn't even want to fix or try to replace anything then get this, till my heater core is replace. Just a very awful experience with this mavis now my car is almost undrivable and makes a whole lot of ac noises. Nothing was fixed just got worse. User's recommendation: I would not recommend the customer service or communication at this jimmy carter location.
