Complaint for Not Releasing my Refund

I have raised my complaint and request for the termination of my connection. I paid two months though I received a bill for 1 month only just in case there are other charges or hidden charges. I have been calling Du and told me that they already raised a complaint and wait for 15 days.. Now, it have been 3 months. Just received an email from Du just recently early this month stating that my issue has been resolve and let them know if I need the refund to be transferred to the same account I used in paying the bill monthly and I agreed. Now it has been 1 month and yet.. yet.. the refund still did not send or transferred. I sent an email again asking for a refund and now I am receiving another email that they will send my issue to concerned people and it will take another damn 15 days!!! for the amount of 311 dirhams, it is hard for them to release4 the money? Seriously?? Please I need an immediate response to this issue. So disappointed. It just a small amount but I need it because I worked for that money.
