I live behind the Ross Center on 82nd and Causey rd your store Michaels 11211 Se 82 ave Happy Valley Oregon , is located. Im writing to complain about your Delivery trucks coming at 4:00 in the morning and sitting with their engines running the whole time they are there, through to-10:00am. When finally finished then they pull up in front of my house and park like its a truckstop with their engine running till they decide to leave could be an hour could be two who knows. Ive confronted one of the truck drivers and asked him to leave because this isnt a Truck Stop and he told me to move and called me a *** so I dont confront your drivers any longer. As a matter of fact your driver is done with his delivery and parked out front of my house right now as I write this and it just makes me furious that I have to sit and listen to semi trucks on my day off this is not a Truck-Stop !Ive had to call the cops on trucks that are parked there at night running many times and theyve had them go away . They were your delivery drivers waiting to make your delivery,they told the police there was nowhere for them to wait. I know that other semi trucks park at Burlington coat Factory, but either way your trucks need to be staged somewhere else not here in the neighborhood I cant stress that enough. The neighbors are scared they dont want to talk to the truck drivers just like me. its getting very old . The police have better things to do Im sure but we need to get some sleep also .Ive called to talk to managers , usually they deny its your trucks when in fact it is your trucks because Ive seen the manager come out and tell them to leave . Ive also talked to one manager that was heart of hearing she denied it was your trucks also and then just started screaming at me at the top of her lungs so I hung up. I am done dealing with them and asking for some compassion for the neighborhood so we can get some sleep. Were (the neighborhood)all tired in many ways.Theres just no reason for the trucks to sit there for hours and hours with his engine running ,its a semi truck its loud and it reverbs off the building throughout the neighborhood. How would you like that in front of your house every week?. Im going to email you every time it happens until it stops. And I wont be shopping at Michaels ever again. Soon I will be leaving bad reviews for this doesnt stop. This has been going on for Years! Our neighborhood deserves some Peace!
