Complaint & Compliment

I bought a 2017 BMW 330i xDrive with low mileage. Leaking air in front right tire. Dealership found nothing wrong. Took car to Discount Tire - lug nuts on at 180psi - way too tight. Rims painted black which Carvana did not disclose, front right wheel had 2 major cracks - one was patched and the did a *** job. Carvana did not disclose. Replaced all four wheels for $750 aftermarket rims- 1BMW OEM rim is $535. Called Carvana and due to their non-disclosure and putting me at risk - they will reimburse me for the $750. Have to buy BMW stickers for wheels. User's recommendation: Carvana claims a 150 point inspection - take car to your own mechanic. Failure to disclose information about the cracks in wheel put my life in danger. Good news is Carvana is reimbursing me for the wheels. Bad news is I bought 4 aftermarket rims to match - $750 versus $2k+. I have to buy BMW stickers to put on the rims and these are not genuine OEM rims. When you are at the tire place, you don’t have much choice. I am grateful Carvana is paying for these rims. I replaced all four rims to match and was not willing to risk any other damaged rims.
