Complaint and concern

George Kouris 219-765-**** Bought a 2019 Jetta SE vin#3VWCB7BU6KM167315 TOOK OWNERSHIP 1/13/2021 FROM VOLKSWAGON OF ORLAND PARK, IL. At closing i asked for the second set of keys, was told that they were in a lock box in service. had to wait for the service manager, he had the only key, so they say. 8 days later, I have not received the second key. was told that they would make a new one yesterday, but no confirmation. asked for an owners manual as there was non in the glove box. just got a text that i will not be getting an owners manual and to go on line. I am also told that i will get a key when i get it. Follow up on your part would be nice. would like to hear from you.
