I came to state farm on May 30, 2021, to report that my car was stolen, and I told my insurance agent to take my car out of my policy. The police found my car on June 19, 2021, and when I came back to the office to tell them to put my car back to my policy, they told me that they never took the car out of my policy. I haven't driven my car for almost 3 weeks, and I want a refund for those 3 weeks. I do have a question though, what happens if my car was used for anything illegal during those 3 weeks? I still got insurance from the state farm and 8 years of my experience with state farm nothing like this has happened till now.
