Complaint about the service received from manager

Spent $70. plus dollars at Red Lobster 0238 on 7/9/21. My order was missing an order of clams. After calling and notifying the store of their error, they asked that I come back to pick up my order. The manager, said her name was Jane, took over. She placed a new order of clams and provided the order without any empathy, no consideration of my time and gas, or even offered any napkins or silverware. After pointing out her lack of customer service, she stated she had done all she is required to do. Unfortunately, her surliness is due to her lack of diversity training and her lack of respect for black customers, which this location predominantly services and employ's. User's recommendation: File more complaints until RL removes the manager.
