I tried to use my reward dollars this morning and the sales clerk couldnt get the transaction to work. She stated theyd had problems with this and told me to call the corporate office. It doesnt matter what number you dial and how many time the process transfers your call, you NEVER get to talk to a live body. After holding all of a sudden you are cut off! What is with you people!! Your coupons are the same way, you go into shop, go to check out and for some reason the coupons never ago your purchase. User's recommendation: Shop elsewhere!
