I am sampada from Ashoka marg, nashik, INDIA Professionally I am a home baker. And I use your products in making cakes. Recently I have brought 2 packs 1 pack of Nutella and 1 pack of Ferraro rocher from near by store. Jar of nutella and it was badly sealed n so hard in texture, and the ferrero rocher was smells like old pack. Your company being such a well reputed n famous for quality. But this was a big disappointment for me. I'll request you to please kindly look into this matter
