Hello We were traveling south bound on I35 when I had to stop and bring my grand daughter to the restroom at your gas station number 717 at the corner of I35 and 7th Street just a little outside of Austin toward San Antonio, Texas. To my surprise the man behind the counter was extremely rude. He completely ignored my inquiries about the bathroom that I could use for my 3 year old grand daughter. He had a sign: OUT OF ORDER on the door. This confused me. When I asked him if the toilet was working? He completely ignored me. I called him 5 times, by saying: Excuse me Sir, is this bathroom working? Sir, Is this bathroom available? Sir, I went knocking on the counter. He completely ignored me. Finally someone else came out, and that is when I realized that the sign was just put there to prevent people from using it. I tole him that I will file a complaint about him. He said: " Go Ahead *** Hole." I just want you to be informed that this kind of behavior damages your name as a company and it hurts people who truly need to use these services on our countries road. Please make sure you follow up on this and so the next customer does not have to go through the same problem with this person. Thank you Fate Jozani
