Complaining about my courier

On 24/7/2020 I've send two courier to reach to USA using India speed post one of my courier EE4715****IN had already reach to USA. However, one of the remaining courier that is EE47156****IN doesn't reach yet. While tracking from the page it shows that. The remaining courier is still in Kolkata. Since i could not reach your customer service through phone call. Could you please give me an update for the remaining courier. Attach below is the receipt of the courier.
