They do not check account balances before declining your check. We have an 830 credit score which I'd give odds is better than 90% of the Certegy employees. I contacted the corporate office of the store and told them Certegy was bound to cost them customers rather than safeguard their check cashing procedures. When getting off the phone with Certegy I deffinitely qualified as a pissed customer!!!!!!!
