Complain about an E gift

I recently purchased a $75 E gift for a friend from the Houlihans at Hershey website. The $75 has been taken out of my account but no E gifts have been sent and I have received no confirmation that they have been sent. Very upset that Houlihans has $75 of mine and I have nothing to show for it.
