Update by user Jan 25, 2020 January 2020... finally after more then 1 year, DX has resolved the problem. They have kept their promises, and refunded me my loss... Update by user Aug 05, 2019 nothing yet, since I can not get in contact with DX anymore... their ticket system is out or order. Earlier i have left them a message...
