Company that disregards complaints and is unresponsive to its consumers

I ordered a jacket for my dog and ordered one by size indicated by the size chart offered by this company. To be safe I ordered an extra larger size to be sure. The item sent to me does not even come close to fitting my dog. I have sent numerous e mails to this company but they will not respond to me. I asked for a refund or a request for an exchange and they do not respond.
