Company seems to have disappeared

I'm a kitchen designer and placed an order through a distributor for a Blanco sink on 12-18-2020. It never came and no one in the industry seems to be able to reach anyone at Blanco. When you call, you will either sit on hold for the entire day or be disconnected. I just happen to have the personal cell phone number for the National sales manager. I have left him a voicemail 3 days in a row. He will not return my calls
