Update by user Jun 26, 2021 Finally received my items, very, very late. Customer Service still using Covid as the excuse. Product as always was good. I just cannot use them again. Some type of communication to me, apologizing for the delay would have been something. My feeling is they were bought out or bought a few other companies and are struggling. Shame used them all the time. Original review posted by user May 27, 2021 Never had an issue with King Size good product, half decent prices and merchandise. They have either changed hands or been bought out, they do not ship anything. Order states processing for over a month. When you try to cancel, they state you cannot as the order has been processed or shipped which is a lie. There is a serious issue with this company. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, SOMETHING IS WRONG.
