Placed an order in September 2018 for tarps to cover my boat. Web sit said 24 hour turn around on orders. After a week I started to contact the company. Finally received a response November that the particular tarp was back ordered and would I like a different one. Requested a refund and called the person who finally had responded and got voice mail. Have been calling and emailing since. Filed a complaint with BBB only to find Tarps Warehouse is rated F. Stay away from this company. If it is a company. Have also filed with FTC.
