Company does not back up product

I purchased a Phillips/Saeco 5000 series expresso machine. In the first month it broke, the sent a replacement part. In a week it broke again. This time I had to send it to there repair department, this took a month. When I got it back it didn't work properly,, after another month it completely stopped working. Now I ask for a new unit and they say I have to send it again to the repair department. Spent $1000 for this machine and it is a piece of junk.
